Andy Kuhn
Director of Business Development
Andy Kuhn is the Director of Business Development for Choose New Jersey, New Jersey’s leading nonprofit economic development organization.
Andy has over 10 years of experience in state and local economic development organizations in three different states, serving both as an aide and a director. Prior to joining Choose New Jersey, he served as Senior Project Officer for Economic Transformation at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) where he developed and designed programs related to manufacturing career awareness, artificial intelligence, and the semiconductor supply chain. Before moving to New Jersey in 2021, he served as a Business Relations Coordinator in Franklin County, North Carolina and the Executive Director of the Southeastern Ohio Port Authority in Washington County, Ohio.
Andy earned a bachelor’s degree from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio where he played baseball. He went on to become a teacher and athletic director in Burlington, North Carolina before earning his master’s degree in public administration at North Carolina State University.
Andy lives in Sea Bright, New Jersey with his wife, where he enjoys playing golf, watching baseball, and early morning beach walks.
