Roundtable Discussion with Hon. Phil Murphy, Governor of New Jersey

USISPF, in partnership with Choose New Jersey, Inc., hosted a high-level delegation led by Hon’ble Governor Phil Murphy in New Delhi.

The discussions centered on strengthening bilateral economic ties and highlighted opportunities for Indian companies seeking to expand into the United States. With continued investment and a strong focus on high-growth sectors such as life sciences, technology, food & beverage, logistics, clean energy, film, and AI, New Jersey has positioned itself as one of the most attractive destinations for Indian investment in the U.S.

Governor Murphy, a long-standing advocate of New Jersey–India ties, visited India for the second time since 2019. This marks the third visit by a New Jersey State Government delegation in recent years, underscoring the growing importance of the NJ–India partnership.
