New Jersey Manufacturing Voucher Program
The New Jersey Manufacturing Voucher Program (MVP) empowers the state’s manufacturers to innovate and grow. Offering grants of up to $250,000 for advanced equipment, MVP accelerates efficiency and productivity.
For
Assists manufacturers that intend to purchase equipment that integrates advanced or innovative technologies, processes, and materials.
Benefit
Provides equipment grants sized at 30 percent-50 percent of the cost of the eligible equipment (including installation) up to a maximum award amount of $250,000. The program also offers bonuses focused on certified woman, minority, veteran-owned businesses, businesses in opportunity zones, and companies that have a collective bargaining agreement in place.

The MVP offers vouchers valued at 30 to 50 percent of the cost of eligible equipment, including installation, up to a maximum award amount of $250,000. The program focuses on manufacturers within targeted industries that will use purchased equipment to integrate innovative technologies, processes, and materials to improve the efficiency and productivity of their manufacturing business. Both for-profit and not-for-profit companies are eligible for vouchers.

Up to $250,000 in non-dilutive grants over two years for fit-out costs or rent/mortgage payments for businesses looking to expand or relocate to Newark. Additional funding may be provided to cover the cost of cloud computing for the first year.
NJ RISE Program
