EEW Group

EEW Group located EEW AOS, the first and largest facility for the production of monopiles for offshore wind turbines in the United States, in Paulsboro, New Jersey, along the Delaware River. The facility is just upriver from the New Jersey Wind Port, the first purpose-built wind port on the East Coast of the United States. EEW AOS is actively developing the necessary skills for offshore wind jobs by collaborating with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and local schools. By 2025, the facility aims to create 500 long-term jobs. Leveraging the expertise of their German colleagues, EEW AOS has successfully established Phase 1 manufacturing capabilities and commenced production of the first monopiles in the United States, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of offshore wind energy infrastructure.
